Definition and technical requirements of window regulator

I. definition

1.1 window lifter (hereinafter referred to as lifter) refers to a device which can raise or lower the window glass along the glass guide groove in a certain driving mode and can stay at any position as required. 1.2 glass guide groove (hereinafter referred to as guide groove) refers to the component that guides the glass when the window glass moves up and down. 1.3 kinematic parallelism refers to the distance difference between the two ends of the line and the two corresponding ends before the movement when the length of the line on the window glass is 100 mm parallel to the reference plane of the vehicle coordinate system moves to a certain position. 1.4 effective stroke refers to the part within the limit stroke of the elevator after 20 mm is subtracted from the upper and lower ends respectively. 1.5 simulated load refers to the load that simulates the gravity of the glass and the sum of the friction resistance between the glass and the guide groove when the real vehicle lifter is moving.

2、 Technical requirements

2.1 the lifter shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the product drawings and design documents approved by the specified procedures. 2.2 basic requirements2.2.1 after the elevator is installed according to the drawing, it shall operate stably without abnormal noise, tooth skipping, jamming and other adverse phenomena. 2.2.2 lubricating grease shall be applied between the spring coils of the elevator, inside the brake drum and all friction parts. 2.2.3 the plastic parts of the lifter shall not have cracks or deformation affecting the use. 2.3 performance requirements 2.3.1 the maximum static handle torque of handle torque lifter shall not be greater than 1.8n · M. 2.3.2 when the glass drop lifter rises to any position, the drop of the midpoint at the bottom edge of the glass shall not be more than 3mm after the handle torque is withdrawn. 2.3.3 the movement parallelism when the elevator moves to any position shall not be greater than 0.3mm/100mm (single arm type shall not be greater than 0.5mm/100mm). 2.3.4 when the operation strength lifter moves to any position, fix the glass bracket and apply a torque of 14.7n · m on the transmission shaft. All parts shall not be damaged or permanently deformed, and the transmission mechanism shall not be toothed. 2.3.5 when the static strength lifter moves to any position, apply 400N load on the lifter, the braking device shall be reliable, and each part shall not be damaged or permanently deformed. 2.3.6 the durability lifter shall comply with 2.2.1 and 2.2.3 after being subjected to 2.o × 104 times of reciprocating lifting (one cycle of up and down movement of the lifter). 2.3.7 the coating and chemical treatment layer of the metal parts of the corrosion-resistant lifter shall meet the requirements. After the corrosion resistance test, the lifter shall meet the requirements of 2.2.1. 2.3.8 the vibration resistance lifter shall bear twice the gravity load of the real vehicle glass. Under the condition of vibration frequency of 33.3hz and acceleration of 29.4m/s2, after 4 hours of up and down vibration, all connecting parts shall not fall off or loosen, and the glass drop shall not be greater than 5mm.
